There are three popular types of proxies - CGI, Zelune and PHP. Generally

speaking CGI proxies use lower bandwidth at the cost of a higher system

resources (processor and ram on the server). Zelune uses cURL which uses

less system resources. PHP proxy uses higher bandwidth, but uses less

system resources.

So lets get your proxy script up and running. While this is going to be a basic

our domain, we have our host, lets get our site up!

First things first. You should have received some basic information from

your host. It should include the information that you need to upload files.

Due to the fact that there are countless hosts out there I will not be able to

go into great depth about how to upload your files. However you can

probably upload files via FTP
